Founded in 2003, Kunshan FengYu Garment Accessories Factory is situated in Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan City, the location of a national 5A scenic area. We are a specialized supplier of label solutions, offering comprehensive services that include design, research and development, production, sales, and service.
Apart from making strides in traditional fields such as woven labels, silk-screen (flexographic) labels, heat transfer labels, clothing hangtags, stickers, packaging boxes, woven tapes, label accessories, plastic products, colored packaging boxes, paper carry bags, color cards, and packaging/decoration prints, we also have successfully ventured into the latest field of RFID smart labels.

The Company’s primary production equipment includes German Heidelberg printing equipment, flexographic combination printing lines, HP Indigo digital printing machines, German HABEG computer-controlled edge cutting label machines, Swiss Muller computer-controlled crochet label machines, multi-color automatic screen-printing machines, flexo washing label printing equipment, RFID composite equipment, and RFID data read-write equipment.

Dedicated to the research, design, and innovative craftsmanship of garment accessories, we have delivered over 30,000 meticulously crafted products from our expansive 8000㎡ self-operated factory facility. Moreover, we have introduced the MES automatic production management system, and consistently refined our services and production processes. With our Kunshan production base, our operation can radiate across domestic and international markets and we also welcome all clients for factory visits, exchanges and collaborations.
The Company possesses over 100 imported large-scale production machines, including over 30 computer-controlled woven label machines from Switzerland and Italy, German Heidelberg printing equipment, over 10 flexographic combination printing lines, and multi-color automatic screen printing machines. Additionally, we have flexo washing label printing equipment, HP digital printing machines, German computer-controlled edge cutting label machines, RFID composite equipment, and RFID data read-write equipment.

With a team of over 180 professionals spanning embroidery technicians, designers, engineers and workers, our maximum daily output can reach around 3 million pieces. Annually we can manufacture over 380 million woven label products, over 500 million paper printed products, and over 63 million other accessory items.

The Company has a dedicated QC team and end-to-end quality framework enveloping material sourcing, semi-completed, finished products, assessments to boxed dispatch. All our products can pass international environmental certifications for Europe, America, Japan etc. and comply with import/export requirements.
